What can I use the gift card for?
- Uber trips and Uber Eats (where supported in your region).
- Cards are country-locked: usable only in the country shown on the product (e.g., U.S. card → U.S. accounts in USD).
How do I redeem the Uber gift card?
- Update to the latest Uber app.
- Open the app → Account → Wallet/Payment.
- Tap Add payment method → Gift card / Voucher.
- Enter your gift card code/PIN exactly as shown.
- Confirm. The amount is added to Uber Cash (or local equivalent) and will appear at checkout for eligible rides and Uber Eats orders.
Can I redeem several vouchers at once?
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to top up your Uber Cash balance, up to USD $1,000 total (or local equivalent), subject to Uber’s limits/policies.
Can I forward the credit to another account?
- Before redemption: You may share the digital code with someone else; they can redeem it to their own account.
- After redemption: Once a code is redeemed, the credit is linked to that Uber account and cannot be transferred.
Troubleshooting
- Re-enter the code carefully (no spaces), ensure you’re on the correct country/currency, and update the app.

Returns, exchanges & lost codes
Gift card sales are final and not redeemable for cash (unless required by law).
Treat the code like cash—lost or stolen codes can’t be replaced.
Expiration
In many regions, Uber Gift Cards do not expire and have no fees. Always check the local terms shown in your app at redemption.
