Returns and Exchanges

BYTGEM goal is to ensure every customer has a smooth and enjoyable experience. However, due to the unique nature of our platform and the way products are fulfilled, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, in the incorrect size, or as a different variant (such as the wrong colour). 

 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected]. When you reach out, please include:

  1. Your order details.
  2. Photos or videos showing the issue with the product.

Once we review your case, we will decide the best way forward. This may involve:

  1. Contacting the retailer or manufacturer directly on your behalf to arrange a resolution, or
  2. Providing you with the retailer’s details so you can communicate with them directly.

Important Notes

  1. No Change of Mind: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference.
  2. Partner Fulfilment: Since products are shipped directly from our trusted retail and manufacturing partners, the resolution process may vary depending on the item and supplier.
