These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bytgem website, mobile site and any related applications or services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account, purchasing entries, or participating in any competition on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Definitions

• Bytgem / we / us / our – the operator and promoter of the Platform and competitions.
• You / your / Entrant / Player – any person who creates an account, purchases entries, or participates in competitions on the Platform.
• Competition(s) – any prize competition, instant game, instant reveal promotion, or similar activity offered on the Platform.
• Entry – a paid or credited participation in a Competition.
• Ticket Mode – a mode where you select one or more lucky numbers from a fixed pool; more numbers = higher chance.
• Entry Mode – a mode where your entry amount determines how many numbers appear (smaller range = higher chance).
• Cash Credit – a monetary credit recorded in your Bytgem wallet that can be used to enter other Competitions or, if withdrawals are enabled on your account, withdrawn subject to Section 13.
• Wallet – your on-Platform balance.
• Gift Card(s) – digital claim codes/cards from third-party brands.
• Hash / SHA-512 – the cryptographic hash disclosed for provable fairness and verification.
• Supplier – a third-party retailer or distributor from whom we source prizes after a win.
• Prize – the product or Cash Credit awarded to a winner.

2. Who may use the Platform (Eligibility)

2.1 You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).
2.2 You may only participate where it is lawful for you to do so. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform and entry into Competitions complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to you.
2.3 You must register only one account per person and per household. We may close duplicate or shared accounts.
2.4 Employees, contractors, or agents who have privileged access to game logic or results may not participate.

3. Responsible-use & platform positioning

3.1 Bytgem is designed for entertainment and raffle shopping and not for making money or simulating gambling.
3.2 You control your own odds: in Entry Mode you set an entry amount that shrinks the number range; in Ticket Mode you can select more numbers. Higher spend never guarantees a win.
3.3 We publish SHA-512 hashes for every relevant game so outcomes are provably fair and verifiable.
3.4 If you believe your use is becoming harmful or compulsive, consider turning off withdrawals (if enabled), setting deposit limits, self exclude and/or seeking support from local gambling-help services.
3.5 We reserve the right to impose cooling-off periods, spending limits, or to suspend accounts where we detect harmful or abusive patterns.

4. Account registration & communications

4.1 Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4.2 You consent to receive transactional emails (withdrawal, order, security alerts) and service updates.
4.3 Protect your credentials and enable 2-factor authentication where available. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Payment methods (Crypto-only), deposits & fees

5.1 Bytgem accepts crypto only for entries and top-ups: BTC, ETH, DOGE, LTC, and USDT (ERC-20 only).
5.2 USDT must be ERC-20. Do not send USDT via TRC-20, BEP-20, or any other network. Funds sent on the wrong network may be permanently lost and are non-refundable.
5.3 Network fees apply and are borne by you. Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
5.4 Crypto prices are volatile. Entry prices and Cash Credit values are displayed in the Platform currency and/or crypto equivalents at the time of checkout; minor differences may occur due to network fees, rates, or timing.
5.5 We may refuse, reverse, or delay a deposit or payout if we suspect fraud, or legal non-compliance.

6. How the games work

6.1 Ticket Mode (fixed pool). You select one or more numbers. Your chance equals (numbers held ÷ total pool).
6.2 Entry Mode (variable pool). Your entry amount reduces the number range shown, increasing your chance. We display your 1-in-N  before you play.
6.3 Instant games / Instant reveal. Each Competition/game is instant. Your outcome is determined at the moment your entry is confirmed no waiting periods or scheduled draws.
6.4 Provable fairness. Prior to your entry, we publish a SHA-512 commit hash derived from product name, winning number and two salts. After the game (or when a logical set of outcomes completes), we publish the reveal (string) so you can recompute the hash and verify that the outcome was derived fairly from the committed values. We provide a public guide and video on how to verify.
6.5 Disruptions. If a game is disrupted (e.g. technical fault), we may re-run the draw using the same or a comparable verifiably random method.
6.6 Language. Entries and communications are in English UNLESS you use the translator widgets on the website.

7. Entries, pricing, limits & cancellations

7.1 An entry fee is payable for each Entry. All prices are shown before you confirm.

7.2 Once you play, Entries are final and non-refundable, except where we cancel a Competition under Section 17.
7.3 We may set per-Competition or per-account entry caps and/or daily/weekly spend limits.
7.4 We may decline or cancel Entries that violate these Terms, breach law, or appear fraudulent/automated (including bots or scripts).

8. Winners & notification

8.1 Instant result and choice. Your result is determined the moment your entry is confirmed. If you win, the win screen appears immediately and prompts you to choose (a) the Product listed for that game or (b) the Cash Credit alternative (credited to your Bytgem wallet).

8.2 Saved under “Games.” If you close or navigate away, your win and pending choice are saved under Games in your account. You can complete your selection there at any time.

8.3 Notifications. Bytgem provides automated, in-app, and/or email notifications for key account events. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Withdrawal setting approvals or declines

• Withdrawal request approvals or declines

• Deposit or spending limit changes

• Order dispatch and fulfilment updates

• Order cancellations or reversals

8.4 Fulfilment.

• Product: Once you choose the Product, we arrange fulfilment (digital product delivered to your email; physical goods dispatched to your provided address).
• Cash Credit: If you choose Cash Credit, it is added to your Bytgem wallet immediately for use on the Platform.

8.5 Withdrawals reviewed by admin. Cash Credit can be used to enter other games immediately. All withdrawals are reviewed by an admin (see Section 13). Withdrawal access and individual withdrawal requests may be approved, or denied in line with our responsible-use and anti-abuse policies.

8.6 Fraud/abuse safeguard. We may pause, reverse, or cancel a win or fulfilment if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, automation, or breach of these Terms.

9. Prizes: products, gift cards & cash credit

9.1 Prize descriptions appear on the Competition/game page. Images are illustrative.
9.2 Cash Credit alternative. All games allow you to choose the product or a Cash Credit value. Cash Credit is recorded in your Bytgem wallet.
9.3 Gift Cards.

May be region-locked, subject to issuer terms, and non-returnable once revealed.

Digital codes are delivered to your email; we may use one-time reveal with masking and logging.

We are not responsible for loss due to code sharing, resale, or issuer restrictions after delivery.

9.4 Reseller fulfilment. Bytgem often sources prizes after a win from reputable retailers/aggregators (on-demand sourcing).

• If an item becomes unavailable or significantly delayed, we will offer equivalent substitutes or Cash Credit of at least the prize value listed at the time of your entry.
• Delivery times vary by retailer and region. We will communicate expected dispatch windows.
  9.5 Taxes, duties, and compliance. Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, customs, or import rules in their country.
  9.6 No transfer/assignment. Prizes and rights may not be transferred or sold unless we explicitly permit it.

10. Delivery & risk

10.1 Digital Prizes (e.g., gift card codes) are typically delivered within minutes to hours but may be delayed by fraud checks or supplier issues.
10.2 Physical Prizes are shipped to the address you provide after winning a game.
10.3 If you provide an invalid address or fail to accept delivery, you will loss the Prize.

11. Publicity, winners list & content

11.1 Winners display & username privacy. For transparency we may show recent/past wins (e.g., Game ID, prize, amount, chosen/winning numbers, date) on public pages. By default, your username may appear next to the win. If you prefer not to have your username displayed, you can turn on “Hide my username in winners lists” in Settings → Privacy. When enabled, we will replace your username with an anonymised label (e.g., “Hidden” or “User ####”) in public feeds.

11.2 Scope of anonymisation. Hiding your username affects public listings (e.g., winners feed, recent wins). It does not affect information visible inside your account, and it does not prevent us from storing internal records.

12. Fraud, abuse & prohibited conduct

12.1 You must not:

• create multiple or shared accounts;

• use bots, scripts, headless browsers, automation, or scrapers;

• manipulate outcomes or attempt to reverse-engineer salts/string pre-reveal;

• breach brand/issuer terms for gift cards;

• violate sanctions, AML/CFT, or other applicable laws.

  12.2 We may suspend, limit, or close accounts and void Entries where we reasonably suspect breach or risk.

13. Cash Credit, withdrawals & fair-use

13.1 Cash Credit can be used to play more games or, if withdrawals are enabled on your account, withdrawn to a crypto address you control, subject to checks.
13.2 Responsible-use stance. Bytgem is not designed for income generation or gambling. Please kindly do not use the withdrawals to pursue profit or replicate gambling behavior.
13.3 Enabling withdrawals. Due to responsible gaming, we only approve withdrawal toggle request 12-24 hours after request.
13.4 Limits & timing. We may set minimums/maximums per payout, apply fees to cover network costs, and take reasonable time to complete review and transfer.
13.5 Network accuracy. You are responsible for providing a correct compatible address (e.g., USDT ERC-20 only). Sending to an incompatible address/network can result in irreversible loss.
13.6 We may deny or reverse Cash Credit or withdraw access for fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.

14. Refunds & cancellations

14.1 All Entries are final once confirmed.
14.2 Balance refunds (your side). You may request a balance refund to empty your wallet balance after a deposit or if you simply just want to empty your balance.

• Refunds are sent to a customer-supplied crypto address in the same asset (BTC, ETH, DOGE, LTC, or USDT ERC-20) as the balance being refunded.
• Admin review required: we may conduct checks to prevent fraud/abuse and verify network compatibility.
• Network costs & minimums: blockchain fees are deducted from the refund; we may apply a reasonable minimum amount per refund to cover network costs.
• Irreversible once sent: on-chain refunds cannot be recalled. Ensure the address and network (USDT = ERC-20 only) are correct.
• Timing: once approved, refunds are typically processed within a reasonable period; actual on-chain confirmation times vary by network conditions.

15. Platform availability & changes

15.1 We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform or any game at any time (e.g., for security, supplier, or legal reasons).
15.2 We try to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

16. Intellectual property

16.1 All Platform content (designs, text, graphics, code, logos) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws.
16.2 You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform.

17. Cancellation, voiding & force majeure

17.1 We may void or cancel a game (and refund) if:

• a material technical error affects fairness;
• fraud/abuse is detected;
• a legal or supplier issue prevents fulfillment; or
• events beyond our control (force majeure) make continuation impractical.
  17.2 Where a Competition/game is cancelled before outcomes are determined, Entries will be refunded as per Section 14.2. This is your sole remedy.

18. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

18.1 The Platform and Competitions are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.
18.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, or loss arising from:

• network congestion, blockchain delays, or wrong-network transfers;
• third-party supplier issues (stock, region lock, delays);
• your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable laws.
  18.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

19. Privacy

19.1 We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (published separately).
19.2 We may use anti-fraud tools, device fingerprinting, and risk scoring consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

20. Third-party services

20.1 The Platform may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for those services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
20.2 Brand names and logos (e.g., Amazon, Steam, Xbox) are the property of their respective owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

21. Changes to these Terms

22.1 We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on the Platform with the updated “Last updated” date.
22.2 Material changes will take effect prospectively and, where required, we will notify you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
