Bytgem prizes are fulfilled by authorized retailers, trusted manufacturers and verified suppliers not a single warehouse. That keeps selection fresh and authentic, but delivery times can vary by product.

 

Default Delivery Estimates

If a product doesn’t list a specific timeframe in its description, the following estimates apply:

Digital e-products (e.g., gift cards): 0–24 hours (often sooner).

Physical products (sneakers, tech, RC models, luxury): ~3–14 days depending on partner location, stock, and your address.

When a Product Shows Its Own ETA

Some product pages include their own delivery estimate in the description.
If present, that product-specific estimate takes priority over the defaults above.

 

After You Win
  • Tracking: Provided for physical items once dispatched (where available).
  • Digital delivery: Codes/details are sent to email immediately after fulfillment.
