How long is the Steam voucher valid?
Codes delivered by Bytgem are valid for redemption in the issuing region. Steam Wallet funds do not expire once redeemed to your account (subject to Steam’s terms).
Where do I see my Steam balance?
In the Steam client or on the web: click your username → Account details to view Steam Wallet balance.
Can I send my Wallet balance to someone else?
No. Wallet funds are non-transferable. You can, however, buy games or giftable items for friends using your balance (subject to regional gifting rules).
Can I buy Steam games with bitcoin?

My code isn’t working — what should I do?
