Detailed Guide
If you are new to crypto, below is a detailed guide on how to deposit.
1) Open your Wallet
- Click the Wallet button in the header.
- In the popup, select the Deposit tab.
You’ll see a list of supported coins and the Minimum Deposit (USD) for each.
- Supported: BTC, ETH, USDT (Ethereum ERC-20), DOGE, LTC.
New to crypto? For very low network fees, we recommend Dogecoin (DOGE) or Litecoin (LTC).
2) Choose coin & enter amount
- In Choose Cryptocurrency, select the network you’ll use (e.g., Ethereum Mainnet (ETH)).
- Enter your Amount (USD).
- (Optional) Add a Deposit Coupon Code if you have one.
- Click Submit.
You’ll be taken to a payment page that shows:
- A QR code
- The Wallet Address (with copy button)
- The Exact Amount to send (e.g., 0.0004578 ETH)
- A status panel and an expiry countdown for the invoice
3) Send the crypto
- Scan the QR with your wallet app or copy the Wallet Address.
- Send the exact amount shown (include all decimals). Your wallet will add its own network fee on top—do not subtract fees from the amount.
- Use the correct network:
- BTC → Bitcoin network
- ETH → Ethereum Mainnet
- USDT → Ethereum ERC-20 only (do not use TRC-20, BSC, etc.)
- DOGE → Dogecoin network
- LTC → Litecoin network
- The deposit is credited automatically after required blockchain confirmations. You’ll see it in your Total Balance and may receive an on-site notification/email.
Tip: If the invoice expires before you send, just create a new deposit from the Wallet → Deposit tab.
4) Fast, low-fee choices (recommended for beginners)
If you want the cheapest, simplest first deposit:
- DOGE or LTC usually have very low fees and quick confirmations.
- If you prefer a stable amount in USD terms, you can use USDT (ERC-20)—just note Ethereum fees can be higher during network congestion.
5) How to buy crypto with a bank card
If you don’t own crypto yet, you can purchase with a debit/credit card and then send it to your Bytgem deposit address.
Trusted platforms
- Coinbase (buy, then Send to your Bytgem address)
- Binance (buy, then Withdraw to your Bytgem address)
- MoonPay (in-app card purchase → Send)
- Trust Wallet (in-app card purchase → Send)
- Exodus Wallet (in-app card purchase → Send)
Some services may require ID verification depending on your region.
Important: If you buy USDT, make sure it’s the Ethereum ERC-20 version before sending.
6) Common mistakes to avoid
- Wrong network: Sending USDT on TRC-20/BSC instead of ERC-20 will not arrive.
- Underpaying: Always send the exact requested amount (your wallet fee is separate).
- Reusing an expired invoice: If the timer ran out, create a new deposit.
- Copy errors: Double-check the address after pasting. Consider sending a small test amount if you’re brand new.
If something went wrong, contact [email protected] with your Deposit ID and a brief description.
7) When will my deposit appear?
Deposits credit automatically after the blockchain confirms your transaction. You can watch the status on the Deposit page and you’ll see your Total Balance update once confirmed.
