Bytgem (“Bytgem”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Bytgem website, mobile site and related services (the “Platform”). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Platform.

1) Who we are & scope

This policy applies to visitors and registered users of Bytgem worldwide. It covers data collected online through the Platform, emails, support channels, and integrations we use to run Bytgem (hosting, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, fulfilment partners, etc.).

2) What we collect

2.1 Information you provide

  • Account details: username, email, password (hashed), country/region, display preferences (e.g., “Hide my username in winners lists”).
  • Profile & settings: language, notifications, deposit/limit preferences, withdrawal toggle requests.
  • Transactions: deposit amounts and assets (BTC/ETH/DOGE/LTC/USDT-ERC20 only), wallet addresses you send from or withdraw to, entries you purchase, wins, prize selections, orders and fulfilment records, balance refunds.
  • Support content: messages you send to support, attachments, dispute information.
  • Marketing preferences: your choices about receiving promotional emails.

We do not request government ID by default. We may request limited identity information only if needed for risk/fraud review or where required by law (e.g., on a specific withdrawal).

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Usage & device data: IP address, approximate location (country/region), device/browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages.
  • Cookies & similar tech: session cookies (to keep you logged in), analytics cookies (to understand site performance), and preference cookies (e.g., odds view, currency display). See Section 10 (Cookies).
  • Security & fraud signals: device fingerprint/ID, login timestamps, failed logins, velocity/behavior flags, blockchain transaction metadata (e.g., tx hash), and internal risk scores.

2.3 Information from third parties

  • Analytics & crash reports (e.g., Google Analytics, Sentry or equivalent).
  • Email & messaging providers (delivery status, opens/clicks where legally permitted).
  • Fulfilment partners for prizes/gift cards (delivery status, code activation where available).
  • Payment/crypto infrastructure (e.g., onramp partners you choose, blockchain explorers).

We do not receive your full card information when you buy crypto through third-party onramps; those providers process card data under their own privacy policies.

3) How we use your information (purposes & legal bases)

We process data to:

  1. Provide the Platform: create/secure your account, enable instant games, show odds, record entries and wins, store hashes for provable fairness, deliver prizes/Cash Credit, and maintain your wallet.
    • Legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests (operate a secure service).
  2. Operate fairness & security: publish SHA-512 commit/reveal data; protect accounts; prevent abuse, fraud, and bots; review withdrawals; detect wrong-network deposits (e.g., USDT non-ERC20).
    • Legal bases: legitimate interests (platform integrity); legal obligation (where applicable).
  3. Notifications & support: send system notices (orders, fulfilment, withdrawals), respond to your messages.
    • Legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests (service communications).
  4. Account controls & preferences: deposit limits, username privacy, withdrawal toggle, language/translation settings.
    • Legal bases: contract performance; legitimate interests.
  5. Analytics & improvement: understand performance, fix bugs, improve UX, measure campaigns.
    • Legal bases: legitimate interests; consent where required (e.g., certain cookies).
  6. Legal & compliance: respond to lawful requests, enforce Terms, address disputes, maintain records.
    • Legal bases: legal obligation; legitimate interests.
  7. Marketing (optional): send news/offers if you opt in; you can unsubscribe any time.
    • Legal bases: consent (where required) or legitimate interests (where permitted).

We do not use your personal data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Game outcomes are automated and provably fair, but they are not based on personal profiling.

4) Winners display & your privacy controls

  • We may show recent wins publicly (e.g., Game ID, prize, amount, chosen/winning numbers, date, and by default your username).
  • You can hide your username in public winners lists via Settings → Privacy → “Hide my username in winners lists.” When enabled, we display an anonymised label (e.g., “Hidden” or “User ####”) in public feeds.
  • This setting affects public displays only and does not change internal records or disclosures we are legally required to make.

5) When we share information

We share data only as needed to run Bytgem:

  • Service providers (processors): cloud hosting, databases, email/SMS, analytics, error monitoring, device fingerprinting/anti-fraud, content delivery, and customer support tools.
  • Prize & fulfilment partners: to source and dispatch products or gift cards (on-demand sourcing).
  • Crypto operations: blockchain transaction details are public by design; we may use explorers and address-screening tools.
  • Regulators and legal authorities: when required by law or to defend our rights.
  • Business transfers: as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (with appropriate protections).

We do not sell your personal information. If we engage in cross-context behavioral advertising in the future, we will provide a jurisdiction-appropriate opt-out mechanism.

6) International transfers

We may process data in countries outside your own (e.g., cloud hosting). Where required, we rely on recognized safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and implement technical/organizational controls to protect your data.

7) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Account & transactions: for the life of your account and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
  • Fairness records (hashes, outcomes): retained to preserve verifiability and auditability.
  • Marketing consent & unsubscribes: retained to honor your preferences.

We will delete or anonymize data when it’s no longer required.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g., EU/UK GDPR, California, and others), you may have the right to:

  • Access a copy of your personal data;
  • Request correction, deletion, or restriction of processing;
  • Object to certain processing (including direct marketing);
  • Data portability;
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent (e.g., marketing/certain cookies);

To exercise rights, contact [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

9) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit, hashed/salted passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No online service is 100% secure; please use strong unique passwords and enable 2FA where available.

10) Cookies & similar technologies

We use:

  • Strictly necessary cookies for login/session security and fairness pages.
  • Preferences cookies (e.g., language, odds display settings).
  • Analytics cookies to understand performance and improve the Platform.
  • Anti-fraud/fingerprint scripts to help prevent abuse and bots.

Where required by law, we will present a cookie banner so you can accept/decline non-essential cookies. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings (functionality may be affected).

11) Crypto-specific notices

  • We accept BTC, ETH, DOGE, LTC, and USDT (ERC-20 only).
  • Deposits/withdrawals are on public blockchains. Your wallet addresses and transaction hashes can be viewed by anyone via explorers.
  • If you submit a wrong network (e.g., USDT TRC-20 to an ERC-20 address), funds may be irrecoverable.
  • Withdrawals (of Cash Credit) are manually reviewed by an admin for integrity and responsible-use.

12) Children

The Platform is for adults (18+) only. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate action.

13) Marketing communications

We may send you service emails (orders, fulfilment, withdrawals, security) which are not promotional. For marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect essential service messages.

14) Links to other sites

We may link to third-party sites (e.g., crypto onramps, exchanges, wallets, retailers). Their privacy practices are their own. Please review their policies.

15) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Platform with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where required by law. Continued use after an update means you agree to the revised policy.
