Digital gift card sales are final. This gift card cannot be exchanged for cash (unless required by law). Please confirm the correct denomination before you play/select.
What if my card is lost or stolen?
Treat the eGift Card like cash. JB Hi-Fi is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards. Keep your code and PIN secure and share them only with the intended recipient.
Can I gift it to someone else?
Yes. After fulfilment, retrieve the eGift Card details from your Bytgem order email and share the barcode/code and PIN securely. You may print the email to present it as a physical gift.
